At a bar 1

por Scarlett

Clase del curso de ingles tú aprendes ahora on the street at a bar (en la calle en un bar). When you go to a bar or to a restaurant you have 2 options (cuando vas a un bar o a un restaurante tienes dos opciones). Either you make a reservation in advance you can call them, you can email them or you go to the place and wait for a table (o haces una reserva adelantada, los llamas, les envías un correo, o vas al local y esperas una mesa). I didn't make a reservation and she's the hostess (yo no hice una reserva y ella es la anfitriona). She's the person who receives me (ella es la persona que me recibe). You see somebody receiving you at a bar or at a restaurant (ves a alguien recibiéndote en algún bar o restaurante). Cellphone number (celular). She's writing my name and my number (ella está escribiendo mi nombre y mi número). Now she's going to take me and my group to the table (ahora ella va a llevarme a mi y a mi grupo a la mesa). I'm going to follow her (voy a seguirla). My group is going to follow her (mi grupo la seguira). She's going to guide us to the table (ella nos va a guiar a la mesa). Remember (recuerda). "Please", "please", "please" (por favor, por favor, por favor). After she guides you (después de que ella te guie). "Thank you", "thank you", "thank you" (gracias, gracias, gracias). Smile on your face, OK? (sonrisa en tu rostro, OK?). This is the first step (este es el primer paso). See you next class!
